Module 11 requires a 60-minute adult lesson plan, 15-minute live or recorded microteaching sample with consent, 300 to 500 word reflection, and five-hour adaptation portfolio, assessed against a published 100-point rubric. Module 12 contains 25 objective questions and requires 18 correct. Award eligibility requires all mastery passes, verified portfolio evidence, a capstone pass, and the final pass. The 150 hours are estimated active study and practice, subject to pilot verification.
